Liebe Kollegen und Kolleginnen,

am 10. Februar 2009 ist es soweit: Die DENIC eG nimmt ihr neues Rechenzentrum
in Amsterdam in Betrieb.

Die Wartung wird am Dienstag, 10. Februar 2009 um 10:00 Uhr (MEZ) beginnen und
nach derzeitiger Planung ca. 3,5 bis 5,5 Stunden dauern.

Während der Wartung werden wir zeitnah über besondere Vorkommnisse und über
das Ende der Wartung informieren.

Während der Wartung stehen in der Produktion nicht zur Verfügung:
- - alle Registrierungssysteme für .de und ENUM
- - für ca. 30 Minuten werden E-Mails nicht gequeued
- - Transitseiten unter http://transit.denic.de
- - DENICdirect Online Web Registrierungsinterface
- - Neuer Zonenreload der .de und ENUM-Zone wird nicht erfolgen

Zur Verfügung stehen werden:
- - WebWhois
- - DomainCheck

Die Domainnamen der Services und Frontends bleiben unverändert.

Dear Colleagues,

on 10 February 2009, DENIC eG will put its new computer centre in Amsterdam
into operation.

Maintenance will start on Tuesday, 10 February 2009 at 10:00 (CET) and,
according to our current planning, it will take about 3.5 up to 5.5 hours. 

We will inform you about particular incidents that may occur during
maintenance and about the end of maintenance work in a timely manner.

During maintenance, the following services will not be available in the
production environment:
- - all registration systems under .de and ENUM
- - for about 30 minutes e-mails will not be queued
- - transit pages under http://transit.denic.de
- - DENICdirect online web registration interface
- - new zone reload of the .de and the ENUM zone

The following services will be available:
- - WebWhois
- - DomainCheck

The domain names of the services and front ends will remain unchanged.
