da bin ich mir nicht so sicher.

das problem scheint vor allem zu sein das sich manche
nicht-mitglieder mit ihren wuenschen/problemen/fragen noch nicht
an diejenigen gewendet haben die in zukunft ihre handles
verwalten werden, naemlich die denic-member ueber die sie ihre
domains beziehen.

ich denke nicht das sinnvoll oder aufgabe des denic ist fragen
zur kundenbeziehung oder der technischen realisierung derselben
zwischen dem nutzer und seinem denic-member zu beantworten.
